Water jet cutting technology principle : high pressure water jet

Mixed the garnet with the high speed water jet in hybrid tube, then shoot out at the speed of 305M/S to the material needed to be processed. This is actually the grinding cutting. The power is generated by the action and water.

 The water jet cutting is used in glass, marble,stainless steel etc. Usually water jet cutting is choosing garnet as the material, because of the  fast cutting speed, lower cost and health harzard

Sea Garnet and Rock Garnet

H&X supply rock garnet, we produce the garnet from the nature mineral.The hardness is higher than sea garnet. On the other side the sea garnet is cleaner because the formation of it is in the sea. While we make up the disadvantage by improving our manufacturing technique: many washing cycles process are taken in the way of producing.


As for sandbalsting, our garnet is good due the high hardness. Mosh hardness 7.5-8.0.

High hardness makes it the good abrasive.

High grade corundum Pink Fused Aluminum Oxide

Pink Fused Alumina known as the artificial corundum is Bayer Alumina.The color is pink because of the chemical composition chromium oxide. It helps increase the toughness and a reduced friability when doing a comparison to white fused alumina. And when comes to brown fused alumina, the pink fused alumina has advantage over it too. PA is more aggressive, harder and better cutting features. The usage covers precision grinding, thread work pieces, high alloy steel, tool sharpening, tool and internal grinding etc.
